We are looking for a People-Focused Casual or Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager to Join our Team! Must be open to working different stores throughout the Bay Area.

Bench General Manager Responsibilities:

• In charge of the entire operation
• Oversee, guide, coach, and mentor a team of up to 15
• Build genuine guest connections
• Community-focused

Bench General Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-volume Casual Restaurants or Food Retail concepts preferred
• Charismatic leader
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
