Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 2 years in restaurant supervisory experience
- Must be able to work 50-55 hours a week
- Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
- Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
- Treat all employees with dignity and respect
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Enforce all brand standards
