Do you have a high work ethic, strong loyalty, and love to serve your regular guests? We are NOW HIRING a new Restaurant General Manager. You will be highly compensated for the hard work you will put forward, with great benefits, and advancement potential!
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
- Solid tenure — no job hoppers
- Hands-on leadership style and someone who isn't afraid of putting in the hours needed.
- Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- A desire to join an organization centered around freshness and excellence
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- A superb base salary of $63 to $68K
- No very early morning or late-night hours
- Health benefits as well as a 401K fund with an employer match
- Attainable bonus program in addition to salary
- Three weeks of PTO and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
This role is a five-day week, but long shifts. Professional and financial rewards can be tremendous for those willing to put in the effort.
