Position Details
- Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with two days per week in the office.
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
- Role Focus: This is not a marketing position.
Role Overview
As a Market Business Leader, you will split your responsibilities equally between business development and operational management. In this role:
- 50% Business Development: Focus on growing business across all practices in the regional area, with a particular emphasis on workplace and asset strategy.
- 50% Operations Management: Oversee and support the operations team, including architects and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within an architectural design firm.
