Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a talented Area Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence.

Fast Casual Area Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentoring of General Managers
  • Foster a sense of accountability and ownership across all teams
  • Conduct unannounced evaluations, inventory checks, and cash control audits
  • Monitor and manage budgets, workforce costs, and food expenses
  • Address customer service challenges with a hands-on approach

Fast Casual Area Manager Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven success managing 4+ locations within a Fast Food environment
  • A strong history of developing talent and enhancing quality, service, and cleanliness
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Polished professionalism and attention to detail
  • Solid financial and operational expertise
