Our client, a dominant force in the steel erection industry, is actively seeking a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Construction Risk Manager to join their team. The company excels in constructing robust structural steel frames for single-story and multi-story buildings, mixed-use developments, and warehouses. You will take charge from pre-construction planning through to project completion, working closely with the team to ensure the seamless and safe delivery of all projects. Your expertise will be crucial in effectively mitigating risks at both the site and company levels.
Risk Manager Benefits:

Risk Manager Qualifications:
- Experience handling high-profile, complex projects including those with state or federal requirements and government regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field preferred
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or similar certifications are preferred5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Risk Management; structural steel experience preferred
- OSHA 500 or 510 certification preferred
- OSHA HAZWOPER training preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficient in MS Office, Smart Sheets, and DropBox
- Strong background in safety audits, inspections, investigations, and site safety documentation
- Crane experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
