Executive Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Chef (scratch Italian experience is a plus!)
- Proven success in opening new restaurant locations
- Strong background in cost management and financial oversight
- Experience managing a scratch kitchen producing $3M+ annually
- A hands-on leader who thrives in both kitchen operations and team development
