We are looking for a Director of Theater Production to support the artistic vision and operations of this longstanding and reputable dance theater. If you have 3+ years of experience and can relocate within the Midwest and travel internationally with our team, please send your resume to apply for this confidential role.

Director of Theater Production Benefits

  • Annual compensation in the $80-$85k range

Director of Theater Production Requirements

  • 3 or more years as a Production Manager with a similar workload and volumes
  • Proven track record of building budgets and tracking costs for individual shows as well as full seasons – business sense and financially savvy
  • Display an in-depth understanding and experience with audio/visual equipment
  • Must have prior experience with hanging, ground, and lighting plans
  • Previous experience with theatrical warehousing and cross-collaboration with warehouse teams
