Remote Land Development Project Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience of increasing Civil Engineering and project management responsibility
  • Provide engineering design direction and technical training metrics for civil engineering department
  • Ability for onsite client meetings in Western Washington as necessary is required
  • Knowledge of local stormwater requirements 
  • Manage residential, light industrial, and commercial projects in the Puget Sound area, including site feasibility, design, permitting, and civil engineering services.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License in Washington State required
