We seek a Senior Scheduler to collaborate with Government entities, customers, program personnel, and stakeholders. This role is vital in developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule for all training events.

Senior Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Monitor schedules and report performance
  • Identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a high-level calendar for program reviews, milestone decisions, and deliverables
  • Create and update dashboard overviews for program document status
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders

Senior Scheduler Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency in MS Office and graphical report automation
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of related experience in government DoD programs
  • PMI Certification (e.g., PMI-SP, CAPM, PMP)
  • Familiarity with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle
  • US Citizen with the ability to maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
