Regional Sales Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious sales leader to join our team, driving growth for an expanding benefits solutions company. (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, and more). This role targets employee benefits brokers managing clients with 100–2,000 employees, blending transactional and consultative sales approaches. If you're a self-starter with a passion for driving meaningful solutions in the health and lifestyle benefits industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Regional Sales Professional Responsibilities:
- Sell benefits solutions to brokers and partners (e.g., health insurance brokers, benefits consultants).
- Manage and expand broker relationships within your territory.
- Meet/exceed quotas through inbound and outbound efforts, including calls, emails, meetings, and demos.
- Cultivate decision-maker engagement to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and support product enhancements.
- Provide market insights to improve customer profiling and sales effectiveness.
Regional Sales Professional Requirements
- 5+ years in outbound sales (HR-tech or employee benefits) with proven broker channel experience.
- Existing Relationships: Strong connections with employer benefit brokers (mid-to-large market segment, ideal group size: 250–10,000 lives).
- Track record of exceeding quotas and activity metrics.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and sales tools (e.g., Gong, Zoom Info).
- Strong knowledge of health insurance or employee benefits.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and humor.
Regional Sales Professional Benefits:
- Compensation: $110k–$130k base salary, uncapped commission (OTE: $145k at 100% quota), stock options, 401k.
