We are seeking a Marketing Manager-Digital for a leading dental implants company, with locations across Los Angeles and Orange County, to take their online presence to the next level. This candidate will be responsible for search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization. The Marketing Manager-Digital's top priority will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment.

*** Must have recent DENTAL MARKETING with 3-5 years experience***

Marketing Manager-Digital Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the development of effective paid search strategies
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify trends, and address any emerging issues
  • Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms
  • Oversee accounts on search engines like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Manage keyword selection and refine audience targeting strategies
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including website, blogs, paid search, display ads, and email campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI

Marketing Manager-Digital Requirements:

  • DENTAL MARKETING, preferred!
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer-oriented (healthcare / medical preferred) digital marketing and advertising
  • From 5 to 10 years of progressive advancement and achievements in digital marketing roles
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding and ability to optimize performance of Paid Search (Display Advertising, including native and retargeting, Social Advertising, and Organic Search)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

Marketing Manager-Digital Compensation:

  • Health Insurance, PTO, and Federal Holidays
  • $90,000 – $130,000 base salary with bonuses tied to increased foot traffic and brand awareness
