We are looking for our next Leader! We have an excellent company culture and beautiful, well-maintained properties where we share our love for hospitality with our guests! We are looking for someone with General Manager experience in a full service hotels, someone with excellent financial acumen, but most important, someone that inspires and empowers their team!

This position is in Wenatchee and will require living and working in this area.

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a General Manager in a full service hotel
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership roles in hotels
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Strong culture leader and champion of team members
  • Strong desire to live and work in Wenatchee

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team members with integrity and consistency
  • Ensure the financial success of the property
  • Make human resources decisions
  • Work with sales on ensuring occupancy and competitive rates
  • Engage with the local community as a leader and representative of the property
