UPSCALE SUSHI EXECUTIVE CHEF – RELOCATE TO NASHVILLE, TN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set w/ Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients
  • 5-years experience leading kitchens in high end sushi
  • Must have high volume and upscale or fine dining experience
  • A proven leader, trainer, coach, and mentor
  • Hands-on and attention to detail a must

UPSCALE SUSHI EXECUTIVE CHEF – RELOCATE TO NASHVILLE, TN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations
  • Controls food and labor costs
  • Supports, trains, and developed the culinary team
  • Upholds highest standards of product execution, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Communicates with the team, sets expectations, and provides accountability
