Looking for a dynamic Hotel General Manager from a full-service branded property to lead the team.
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in developing and engaging team
- Development of budgets, forecasts and able to meet
- The leadership of up to 6 direct reports and up to 70 team members
- Ability to impact guest scores in a positive manner
- Involvement in the community
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years as General Manager in a full-service branded hotel
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Good tenure
