Facilities & Production Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

– Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and production equipment

– Manage maintenance dashboards (e.g., Fiix) and troubleshoot issues

– Supervise installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

– Maintain tools and parts inventory, including purchase requisitions

– Lead preventive maintenance programs and mentor the maintenance team

– Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

– Organize the maintenance shop following Lean 6S principles

Facilities & Production Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

– High school diploma or GED

– 8+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role

– 5+ years of experience leading maintenance teams

– Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, LOTO, and Arc Flash safety

– Current industrial maintenance certifications
