A leading dental implants company with locations across LA and Orange County is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work REMOTELY take their online presence to the next level. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) – their top priority will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment. Candidates living within the Pacific & Mountain Time Zones will be preferred. *Must be authorized to live and work in U.S.A.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including website, blogs, paid search, display ads, and email campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and consistent brand messaging
  • Collaborate in the development of effective paid search strategies
  • Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms
  • Oversee accounts on search engines like Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Manage keyword selection and refine audience targeting strategies
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify trends, and address any emerging issues

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of progressive advancement and achievements in digital marketing roles
  • 5+ years experience in consumer-oriented (healthcare / medical preferred) digital marketing and advertising. DENTAL MARKETING, preferred!
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding and ability to optimize performance of Paid Search (Display Advertising, including native and retargeting, Social Advertising, and Organic Search).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Quarterly business travel to Southern California.

Digital Marketing Manager Compensation:

  • $90,000 – $155,000 base salary with bonuses tied to increased foot traffic and brand awareness
