We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a growing fast-casual restaurant group. In this key leadership position, you will be assisting the team in driving sales growth, cultivating a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will play a crucial role in building a high-performance team and achieving operational excellence.
Assistant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary $50K to $55K

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- 3+ years as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in fast casual restaurants
- Humble, hungry, smart attitude
- Proficient in managing inventory and quality control
- Strong leader, consistent and fair
- People-centric, engaged, and compassionate
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
