We are searching for a Talented Executive Chef for our Luxury Destination Resort! We are all about creating memorable culinary masterpieces and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This magical resort is in The Florida Keys.

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Culinary Management experience in a fine dining environment
  • Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
  • Established longevity & career progression 
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines

Executive Chef Expectations:

  • Leadership presence with a positive attitude
  • Ensures his team delivers with excellence  
  • Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
