We are searching for a Talented Executive Chef for our Luxury Destination Resort! We are all about creating memorable culinary masterpieces and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This magical resort is in The Florida Keys.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years of Culinary Management experience in a fine dining environment
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Established longevity & career progression
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
Executive Chef Expectations:
- Leadership presence with a positive attitude
- Ensures his team delivers with excellence
- Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
