A well-established, fast-casual, quick-service café (QSR) specializing in scratch-made, seasonal cooking is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations in a dynamic and high-energy environment.

Kitchen Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including prep, service, and line production.
• Oversee kitchen operations: ordering, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
• Develop and execute seasonal, scratch-made menus.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Work hands-on in the kitchen, especially during winter months.

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume setting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and leading by example.
• Experience managing labor costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating volume and seasonal demands.
