We are seeking a Luxury Hotel Executive Chef for the best hotel in Seattle!

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef
Experience with Hotel banquets and working with sales and operations to execute high-end functions
Formal Culinary Education preferred
Experience in a union environment preferred
Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Run an efficient culinary program
Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
Update and transform banquet program to modern standards
Teach and manage Sous Chefs and Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
Be presentable and work directly with clients on specific menu requests
