Executive Chef Requirements
- Experience as a hotel or resort Executive Chef
- Experience in fine dining restaurants and/or high profile Chef driven restaurants
- Creativity and passion
- Financially savvy, ability to lead and control costs, budget, forecasting
- Team player / ability to collaborate
- Union experience is a plus
