We are looking for qualified candidates with Director of Operations experience in a full-service restaurant environment. Excellent opportunity to improve an operation and earn ownership equity.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of 3 full-service restaurants
- Mentor and develop your team
- Ambition to improve the concepts, menu, make changes
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Director level experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $110,000 – $120,000
- Bonus Plan plus ownership equity
