Seeking a Sr. Director of Business Development to grow and increase projects in government and private sectors. If you want to work for a non-profit organization that values employees, promotes growth, and works toward the betterment of communities, please apply!

Sr. Director of Business Development Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in business development especially in federal, energy, and building sectors, with an established book of contacts
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Business and financial acumen, with experience in developing data-driven strategies that drive growth and an understanding of complex marketing
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business, civil engineering or related field

Sr. Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the long-term growth and expansion of the organization, including increasing revenue and expanding markets 
  • Lead all strategy development and business development functions and processes, including making improvements in marketing and technology
  • Staff, mentor, train, coach, develop KPI’s and hold team members accountable – capture, marketing, and bid & Proposal teams
  • Oversee market research to identify and increase prospective clients
  •  Ensure brand image is upheld at all times
  • Travel as needed (~25%) to expand and enhance our business relationships
