Estimator / Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in estimating and managing civil concrete, paving, or grading projects
• Strong working knowledge of INDOT specifications (KYTC experience preferred)
• Proficiency in digitizing takeoff software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required with strong experience)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

Estimator / Project Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience preparing accurate cost estimates for DOT, municipal, and commercial civil projects
• Proven track record managing awarded projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Familiarity with submittals, contracts, RFIs, and documentation workflows
• Collaborative communication style for working with clients, subs, and internal teams
• Up-to-date on industry trends and regional construction specifications (INDOT/KYTC)
