An exciting upscale hospitality group is seeking an event sales expert to join its dynamic restaurant team. They recently created a modern, open-concept indoor/outdoor venue, perfect for hosting events ranging from 30 to 150 guests. Are you an experienced event and catering professional with a proactive, driven attitude ready to grow with a fantastic team?
Restaurant Event Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Catering sales and event management minimum of 3 years
- Restaurant leadership mentality for running a people-first culture
- Previous experience with event setup and execution
- Ability to collaborate with the entire restaurant team to ensure an amazing customer experience
Restaurant Event Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Community liaison to promote the new space, event sales, and big promoter of our brand
- Customer forward role that will sell, plan, review, and execute all catering events
- Collaboration with chef to create diverse menus to fit the needs of our guests
- Support in all aspects of the daily restaurant operations
