Kitchen Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- 6-4 shifts
- Closed on major holidays
- Quarterly bonus

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of kitchen manager experience in high volume environment
- Knowledge of cost controls
- People Developer and Sales Builder
