VP/Operations Director Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
· 5+ years in a senior leadership role within an imaging, radiology, or outpatient healthcare setting
· Can commute to the Skokie, IL area
· Proven center of excellence experience in healthcare operations
· Imaging services and outpatient healthcare operations expertise
· Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
· Professional, well-rounded individual seeking career growth
VP/Director of Operations Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to achieve corporate mission & objectives
· Cultivate operational excellence in patient-centered care culture
· Lead daily operations to ensure consistent and efficient workflow in multiple outpatient locations
· Oversee revenue cycle processes, develop and monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities
· Manage by clearly defined KPIs
