Social Work Program Manager Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• 3+ years of experience managing social work programs or services.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Ability to get North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate community-based programs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Social Work Program Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the daily operations and administration of social work programs.
• Managing a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborating with community partners to identify and address social service needs.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Developing and managing program budgets and resources.
• Leading staff training and professional development initiatives.
