What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or other HR certifications (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, managing diverse teams and supporting large employee populations (600+)
- Proven track record in the hospitality industry, ideally in HR leadership is preferred
- Deep understanding of California employment laws and regulations
- Ability to commute to Solana Beach, California
