Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching, development, and hiring of staff!
- Having fun while creating a welcoming experience for your guests and staff!
- Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
- Working in tandem with the General Manager to accomplish store goals!
- Developing your skills for future growth!
Assistant General Manager Qualifications Include:
- 1-year experience as an Assistant Manager!
- Full-Service restaurant experience required!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Alcohol and Beverage experience required!
