Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

• 5-day, 50–55-hour workweek – no super late nights! Locations close at 9 pm

• P&L performance bonus with a strong base salary

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Must have 2 or more years as a salaried General Manager in a full-service casual concept

• The background needs to include good tenure in a BBQ concept(s)

• Builds team talent – ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant

• Plans and communicates effectively with the team and supervisors – organization is key

• Drives profitability and operational compliance – disciplined with budgets and checklists

• A leader and people developer – not a “boss”

• Must be a good listener that is humble, dependable, adaptable, proactive, and teachable
