Orthopedic Surgery Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Be a resource to the Administrator, surgeons, clinical team, vendors, and all staff
- Ensure positive patient experience and outcomes
- Manage staffing needs and scheduling
- Maintain regulatory compliance
Orthopedic Surgery Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- RN with Bachelor's degree in nursing and active State of NY Nursing License
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Expertise in orthopedic surgery nursing care
Orthopedic Surgery Director of Nursing Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $120-150K + bonus
