We’re seeking a Corporate Controller who will play a vital role in shaping our financial operations and collaborating with our leadership team. Corporate Controller Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3+ years as a controller within a hospitality group.
- Background with Select Service hotels, especially major brands like Hilton, Choice, or Wyndham.
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting.
- Proficiency in M3, ideally at an expert level, to lead the migration of all current accounting systems to M3.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for generating accurate, professional reports quickly.
- Passionate about fostering a positive, people-first workplace culture.
- Take full ownership of bookkeeping and accounting operations.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO to set and implement the vision for our accounting practices.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.
- Adapt and take on other duties as assigned to support the team’s success.
