Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial process chillers and other process temperature control equipment in the factory and in the field. 
  • Process damage claims for all freight damage to systems. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service 

Service Technician Requirements:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial process chillers and temperature control equipment, both in-house and on-site
  • Handle and process claims for freight-related system damages
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

Service Technician Benefits:
