Our great Tallahassee public accounting firm client is looking for an Entry-Level Tax Accountant to join their growing team. Must have 1+ years of experience in tax preparation of individual and business entity returns. Please note, this job is not remote.

Entry-Level Tax Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Prepare income tax returns for individuals and small businesses
  • Organize and update financial records as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments/changes 
  • The firm offers an opportunity to learn and gain further tax experience

Entry-Level Tax Accountant Requirements:

  • Will consider applicants with limited experience; prefer candidates who have interned in public accounting
  • Public Accountant, State of Florida CPA license must be an aspiration, not looking for seasonal help
  • Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and work well with deadlines 
  • Ambitious, self-actualized candidates, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have good communication skills are essential

Entry-Level Tax Accountant Benefits:

  • Starting Salary of $50k-$55k, based on experience
