Area Operations Supervisor Qualifications:
- Significant and recent McDonald's brand experience at the Multi-Unit level
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and coach business excellence
- Strong drive to excel and win
- Great tenure and career progression: ideal candidates will have 10+ years of brand experience
- Hamburger University
- ServSafe certified
