We are seeking a talented Research and Development Chef to lead and innovate within our culinary offerings. This role is central to developing new recipes, refining existing menu items, and ensuring the highest product quality standards. You will collaborate across teams and suppliers to deliver exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct product testing, costing, and documentation.
• Train internal teams to maintain precise cooking and preparation standards.
• Oversee inventory and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with vendors for product sourcing and manufacturing.
• Stay updated on culinary trends to keep menus fresh and relevant.
• Maintain compliance with nutritional and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in scratch kitchens or restaurant R&D.
• Knowledge of food costing and menu development for scalable operations.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
