We are seeking a talented AGM to grow with our family-type company and plant their feet with a restaurant group that really celebrates inclusion, diversity, and incredible guest experience!
AGM Responsibilities:
· Works with General Manager and management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goals at the restaurant level
· Participates in weekly manager meetings
· Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality that aligns with our values
· Helps to create a talent pipeline of lead FOH and BOH team members
· Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by the entire restaurant team
AGM Requirements:
· Minimum of 1+ years experience in a management position overseeing a full-service restaurant
· A passion for excellence in hospitality
· Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and POS
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and digitally
· Ability to effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
