This position will require relocation to the Hilton Head Island area and will come with assistance!

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, specifically within resort or destination settings
- GM experience within the IHG network of properties is preferred
- Strong expertise in revenue management and financial performance
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a knack for anticipating guest needs
- Proven ability in team development and effective communication
- Demonstrated success in leading and building cohesive teams
- Experience managing contract labor
