We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join an industry leader in the flexible packaging space who is driven to close deals, produce profitable revenue growth, and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Business Development Manager Benefits:

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • 5+ years in sales within flexible packaging or manufacturing
  • Successful track record of year-over-year revenue growth and client relationship development
  • Operates well in a fast-paced environment, Hunter mindset, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Travel up to 60%

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strategically expand customer accounts, brokers, and distributors
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Robust internal and external communication skills
  • Manage account details: pricing, negotiations, and contracts
