We are a stable and growing family owned and operated business, and we're looking to add an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to our team. As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing expert diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for a diverse range of industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Industrial Refrigeration Technician Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience

Industrial Refrigeration Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Maintain clear communication with manufacturers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Demonstrate your mechanical expertise and troubleshooting skills while reading and interpreting schematics to resolve technical issues
- Complete administrative duties, including submitting work orders, tracking time, managing receipts, and maintaining truck stock inventory
- Keep detailed records and logs as required by company protocols
Industrial Refrigeration Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment
- At least 3 years of experience in additional trades such as brazing, soldering, basic plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Universal EPA certification or equivalent is required
- Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional leadership approach
