Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years high volume ($12M+) restaurant management experience
- Fine-dining experience is a MUST!
- Passion for top-tier customer service
- Clipboard managers need not apply
- Management experience with a seafood focus is a PLUS!!
