Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the plan for each dinner service
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth restaurant flow
- Contribute to menu development and improvements
- Handle scheduling for a team of 20+ staff members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies
- Be actively engaged on the floor, building guest connections and supporting your team
