We are working with our dedicated healthcare partner to find an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a background in healthcare services. Looking for a professional and well-rounded individual who wants to continue to grow their career.

Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring they understand available options and deadlines and coordinate with 3rd party HR services
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including record retention requirements

Human Resources Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role; experience in recruitment, employee relations, or benefits administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
