Benefits Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all benefits plans for the company
  • Compliance: ensure all federal, state and legal requirements are met as well as implement updates
  • Working with vendors, including vendors and insurance carriers
  • Communicate with upper management and employees

Benefits Manager Requirements:

  • At least 5+ yrs working in Human Resources, specifically benefit programs
  • BA degree in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce
  • Strong leadership skills including communication, time management, and attention to detail
