A Well-established, Houston-based restaurant group is seeking a talented Construction & Facilities Project Manager. The ideal fit would be someone who works well in teams and has strong communication skills. You will be working closely with ownership as well as the restaurant support team.
Restaurant Construction & Facilities Project Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Construction & Facilities Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Supports the operations leadership and managers to execute multiple facilities projects simultaneously
- May be required to provide off-hours assistance to the operators providing direction and counseling during facilities, repair, and maintenance crisis management
- Produces and tracks metrics to report to the team to keep the CAPEX and OPEX within budget
- Maintain, and diagnose equipment, and facilities as needed
- Monitors proposed master schedule, mainly milestone events.
- Supports the Field operations teams by acting on items pertaining to facilities after third parties’ quality inspections.
Restaurant Construction & Facilities Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Basic construction, electrical, and plumbing knowledge with the ability to read and utilize as-builts
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word PowerPoint) and experience with other digital tracking platforms and applications
