Reservations Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a reservations manager, preferably in the hospitality field
  • Proficiency in hotel property management software
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  • Manage all reservations with extreme attention to detail
  • Manage hotel inventory with the goal of maximizing occupancy and room revenue
  • Work closely with the Director of Revenue and Sales team
