Restaurant General Manager Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- High volume catering experience.
- New Restaurant Opening experience.
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong financial understanding and ability to coach and teach financials
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
- Strong tenures. No more than 2 jobs in 5 years.
