Culinary Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate your kitchen team to consistently meet high standards
- Build strong, respectful relationships with all kitchen staff while holding them accountable
- Stay hands-on and being proactive, overseeing every aspect of kitchen operations
- Keep kitchen operations running smoothly in a fast-past, high-volume environment
- Manage prep lists, recipe adherence, and waste management to maintain efficiency and consistency
Culinary Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 year of experience in a full-service restaurant Kitchen Manager role in a high-volume, systems-drive casual or upscale-casual environment
- Strong leadership skills with coach-mentality, leading by example and fostering a positive team dynamic
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards, exceeding expectations, and building relationships
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards at all times
